4. How to solve the problems in the operation of the impact crusher?
A. The bearing temperature is too high. Remedy: 1) Check whether the grease is suitable, the grease should fill 50% of the bearing seat volume; 2) Clean the bearing and replace the grease; 3) Replace the bearing.
B. There is a knocking sound inside the counterattack circuit breaker. Remedy: 1) Stop the machine to clean the crushing cavity. 2) Check the tightness of the lining plate and the clearance between the hammer and the lining plate; 3) Replace the damaged parts.
C. The counterattack is broken and the discharge is too large. Remedy: 1) Adjust the gap between the front and rear counterattack racks or replace the liner and plate hammer; 2) Adjust the position of the counterattack rack to make the gap between the two sides and the rack liner even, and the liner on the rack is worn, that is, replace it.
