Common equipment of sand and gravel production line

Sand and gravel production lines are often used in the production of building materials. The sand and gravel production line includes two sets of production lines, namely sand production line and stone production line. Of course, it can also be combined to produce multiple finished materials at once. The sand and gravel production line is mainly composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, sand washing machine and conveyor. Equipment can be increased or decreased according to different needs.

The technical process is that after the raw materials enter the vibrating feeder, they fall into the jaw crusher for primary crushing, and then are sent to the impact crusher by the conveyor for secondary crushing, and then sent to the vibrating screen by the conveyor for screening. The finished stone is processed, and the screened material enters the impact crusher for deep crushing, and then is sent to the vibrating screen for screening. The screened materials are qualified or unqualified. Qualified materials enter the sand washing machine and come out as finished sand, and the unqualified materials are screened and sent to the crusher again by the conveyor for crushing until they are qualified. The various equipment configuration of the sand and gravel production line is reasonable, the structure is rigorous, the degree of automation is high, the production cost is low, the product grain shape is good (in line with the national standard), and the concept of energy saving and environmental protection has been well received by the majority of users.

The stone production line is mainly composed of jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, electric control system, etc. Sand and gravel of various particle size grades, with a processing capacity of 30-1000 tons/hour. In the stone production line, the hardness of the crushed material does not exceed 320Mpa, such as granite, basalt, etc., suitable for secondary crushing.
