With the extension of time, the dust adsorbed on the filter bag becomes thicker and thicker, and the resistance of the filter bag becomes larger and larger.

At this time, the pulse controller sends a signal, and the program automatically controls the switch of each pulse valve, so that the high-pressure gas source is injected into the filter bag through the injection hole and the venturi tube. The shock and vibration make the dust adsorbed on the surface of the filter bag shake out in the ash bucket and be discharged by the ash conveying mechanism.

The main component of the bag filter to purify the dusty gas is the filter material, which is an organic or inorganic fiber product. The correct selection of filter media is the key to designing and using a good bag filter. The selection of filter materials needs to consider the properties of dust-containing gas, dust-containing concentration, dust particle size, chemical properties, physical properties, gas temperature, etc.
