1. Wet mining must be implemented in the sand and gravel yard to reduce dust in blasting, crushing and other links; dust collection equipment is installed in the stone crushing and processing link;

2. The sand and gravel yard shall set up a special site and facilities for vehicle cleaning at the exit, and the transport carriages shall adopt airtight measures or effective canopies, and open transportation is strictly prohibited to prevent dust pollution caused by throwing along the way;

3. Powder materials must be stored in warehouses, and temporary storage yards must adopt strict canopy and enclosure measures;

4. The sand and gravel yard shall establish a dust pollution prevention and control management system, and assign full-time environmental protection personnel to ensure that the dust prevention and control measures are in place;

5. Facilities such as windproof and dust-suppression nets should be constructed on the periphery of the yard, and dust-suppression measures such as spraying, canopies and enclosures should be provided in the yard, and the full coverage of the sand and gravel yard must be implemented.

After the materials that are easy to generate dust enter the site, avoid dust caused by wind, etc., and the material pile should be covered with a dense mesh net or other dust-proof measures should be taken. The mixing equipment should regularly check the dust removal equipment to minimize the dust emission. When the dust is discharged, fog cannons should be used to reduce the dust emission.
