Can a ball mill make sand?

The effect of the finished product is good: the feed and discharge of the ball mill can be adjusted, and the discharge particle size is basically between 0.074-0.45mm, which can be used as a sand making machine. The finished product produced by it has a uniform, full grain shape and strong adhesion. Grinding media with different grades can reduce the powder phenomenon of the product and greatly increase the output.

2. Good environmental protection effect: The cylinder of the ball mill has a good sealing effect. In daily operation, there is less dust overflow, and the working noise is small. The noise during operation is ≤70 decibels, which can play a good environmental protection effect.

3. Low operating cost: There are no lubricating parts in the internal structure of the ball mill, so the equipment failure rate is very low, the cylinder does not need to be cooled, the equipment has a long service life, stable performance, and can run continuously for a long time.

Another advantage of using ball mills for sand making is that the price is much lower than that of professional sand making machines, but the output is lower, so it is especially suitable for small or family sand making factories.
