Two principles for the scheme design of sand and gravel aggregate production line

The two principles of sand and gravel aggregate production line design are economy and efficiency:

Economy includes two aspects. On the one hand, it is more economical to purchase equipment and save money; on the other hand, the configured production line must be economical in operation, such as the consumption of electricity and the consumption of wearing parts.

How to improve efficiency is what we have been pursuing. The higher the efficiency, the higher our economic benefits will be. Therefore, efficiency is one of the important factors to consider when we design the sand and gravel aggregate production line plan.

The following eight major issues should be paid attention to when designing a plan based on two principles:

1. When the raw material is medium brittle material, try to choose the equipment suitable for medium brittle material. Although the equipment suitable for high hard material can also process it, but the production material suitable for high hard material equipment is more expensive, so the quotation is more expensive and cheaper If you can handle it, you don’t have to choose a higher priced device.

2. The material inlet of the equipment should be suitable for the raw material size. If the feed port is too small, large materials cannot enter; if the feed port is too large, the finished grain shape cannot meet the requirements.

3. Production line equipment output adaptation. If the output of the front section of the production line is high, the rear section cannot keep up; if the output of the rear section is high, the output of the front section is low, and the material supply of the front section is not enough to supply the rear section, then the entire production line will also be affected.

4. The equipment configured in the production line must match before and after. For example, the particle size of the material crushed by the front-stage equipment must meet the feed inlet of the lower-level equipment; in addition to meeting the passing particle size, the throughput of the material at the front and rear stages must also be consistent; there are also conveyor belts and electronic control systems.

5. Design the production line according to the particle shape, proportion, and use of the finished aggregate. If some stone factories need to produce stones, they only need to be equipped with crushing equipment, but some stone factories need to produce machine-made sand, so they need Then with a sand making machine.

6. According to environmental protection requirements, choose whether to configure dust removal device. In the general environment, the requirements for environmental protection are becoming more and more stringent, but environmental protection devices must also be equipped according to the actual production environment.

7. According to the production environment, determine whether it is a fixed production line or a mobile production line. Everyone knows that the mobile production line is more expensive, but it is more convenient to use, but if the site is fixed, there is no need to spend a lot of money on mobile equipment; of course, if the site requires frequent movement, then it is better to choose a mobile production line.

8. Ensure that each device is running at full capacity. The full load operation of the equipment can achieve a balanced state of efficiency and economy, which is conducive to the high-speed operation of the entire production line.

There are still many issues that need attention in the design of sand and gravel aggregate production lines. Here are the main related issues.
