Working Principle

When working, the material enters the crushing cavity from the feeding port, and is impacted, sheared, chopped and broken by the hammer to reduce the particle size of the material. And the self-collision and crushing of the material, further reduce and balance the particle size of the material, so as to achieve the purpose of fine and uniform crushing of the material.

Vertical crusher, also known as compound crusher for short, is a kind of fine crushing equipment without screen bars and adjustable, and is also one of the commonly used equipment in crushing production lines and sand making production lines. The material falls vertically into the high-speed rotating impeller from the upper part of the vertical crusher (composite crusher), and under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it collides and smashes with another part of the material that is shunted around the impeller in the form of an umbrella, and the materials collide with each other. Afterwards, the materials will form eddy currents between the impeller and the casing to collide with each other and rub them for many times, and then they will be discharged straight from the bottom to form a closed circuit for multiple cycles. The screening equipment will control the required particle size of the finished product.
