Introduction of cone crusher: Cone crusher is suitable for crushing various ores and rocks with medium and above hardness. It has the characteristics of reliable structure, high production efficiency, convenient adjustment and economical use.

Its spring safety system is an overload protection device, which can allow foreign metal objects to pass through the crushing chamber without harming the machine. It adopts dry oil or water two sealing forms to isolate the stone powder from the lubricating oil and ensure reliable operation.

The type of crushing cavity is determined by the use of the ore. The standard type is suitable for medium crushing; the medium type is suitable for fine crushing; the short head type is suitable for ultra-fine crushing. Working principle of cone crusher: The working part of cone crusher is two truncated cones, one is fixed cone 2 (also known as outer cone), and the other is movable cone 1 (also known as inner cone). The fixed cone 2 is stationary and is a part of the frame. The movable cone 1 is hinged at point O, and its lower end is movably inserted into the eccentric bushing.

Therefore, the central axis OO’ of the fixed cone intersects with the central axis OO1 of the movable cone to form an oblique angle. When OO1 rotates around OO’, the moving cone is made to perform a yaw motion along the inner surface of the fixed cone. In the section where the moving cone is close to the fixed cone, the material there is squeezed, impacted and bent by the moving cone to become a crushing cavity; where the moving cone deviates from the fixed cone, the crushed material will be crushed from the bottom of the cone under the action of its own weight. Unloading, it becomes the discharge port 3, and the material is loaded from the feed port 4.
