The CI5X impact crusher adopts heavy duty rotor with large moment of inertia and high precision. At the same time, it is equipped with high-quality bearings to ensure the accuracy and large clamping capacity of the rotor. Therefore, further, the material can be sufficiently pulverized. The crushing ratio is greater.

On the basis of analyzing the technical details and operating conditions of many impact crushers at home and abroad, the CI5X impact crusher integrates a number of latest scientific research achievements such as crushing chamber, rotor and adjustment device. This enables crushing operations and maintenance to reach a higher level.

The involute crushing chamber of the CI5X impact crusher is highly efficient. The material can be crushed several times in the chamber. The finished product after crushing has a good cube shape, which can better serve as high-quality aggregate.

Working Principle

The CI5X impact crusher crushes material with impact force. When the material enters the working area of the hammer head, it may be crushed under high-speed impact, and then thrown to the impact device above the rotor for re-crushing. Then, the material bounces back from the liner back to the working area of the hammer. This process is repeated until the material reaches a qualified particle size and is discharged. Adjusting the gap between the impact rack and the rotor rack can change the granularity and shape of the finished product. Behind the strike plate is a spring safety device. When the unbreakable material enters the crushing cavity, the counterattack frame moves back to discharge the unbreakable material out of the crusher.
