The HGT gyratory crusher adopts a heavy-duty frame, integrated large-sized shaft and high-precision bearings, so it undoubtedly has higher strength and longer service life, enabling it to work continuously and safely at high strength. The heavy-duty frame can adapt to any harsh working environment, and the integrally forged shaft and moving cone eliminate the risk of cone loosening during operation, further reducing downtime. The locking thread of the moving cone is on the replaceable bushing, not on the shaft. In this way, there is no stress concentration in the shaft and the strength can be higher.

We have specially equipped HGT with automatic lubrication and hydraulic system, which can automatically select heating, cooling or circulation according to the specific production conditions. The configured automatic axis position control system can control the axis through the hydraulic system. It can help to freely adjust the opening of the discharge port. The gear backlash can be easily adjusted through the external gear adjustment device. Transom bushings and seals can be replaced without removing the transom.

Whether used in stationary or semi-mobile crushing lines, above ground or underground, HGT hydraulic gyratory crushers are suitable for harsh crushing environments. It is capable of crushing all kinds of hard and abrasive ores and rocks.

Working Principle

HGT gyratory crusher is mainly composed of beam, frame, moving cone, eccentric sleeve, transmission part and hydraulic cylinder. Driven by the motor, the horizontal shaft starts to rotate, so that the eccentric sleeve rotates with the assistance of the gear. Then, the eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone to swing in a circular motion, continuously squeezing and breaking the rock.

Adjusting the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the moving cone to move the cone up and down makes it easier to adjust the opening of the discharge port, thereby better controlling the particle size of the final product. In addition, the hydraulic cylinder has a protection function in case of iron intrusion. If unbreakable materials such as iron blocks enter the crushing cavity, the hydraulic cylinder will lower the moving cone to release the iron blocks, and the crushing process will not stop.
