Working Principle
When the HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is working, driven by the motor, the drive shaft rotates under the action of the pulley and the V-belt. Then, the drive shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate around the axis. At the same time, the eccentric sleeve forces the moving cone to swing. This movement brings the movable and fixed cones closer to each other and away from the rolling wall. The material is continuously impacted, squeezed and broken in the crushing cavity between the crushing wall and the rolling wall. Finally, the fineness of the material reaches the discharge standard and is discharged from the machine.

HST hydraulic cone crusher has a simple structure. Nearly all inspections and maintenance require only the removal of the upper frame. This structure not only makes maintenance and inspection easier, but also saves maintenance costs considerably. In addition, the HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher has a compact structure and a small footprint, further reducing infrastructure expenditures.
