The PEW jaw crusher is equipped with a hydraulic oil station to ensure that the lubrication system supplies oil to the lubricated parts and provides a guarantee for the safe operation of the machine. At the same time, if the crusher stops with load, the hydraulic cleaning system can quickly clean the crushing cavity, greatly reducing the downtime.

CNC machines have dozens of lines. The cutting, bending, planing, milling, painting and other processes of the steel plate are all CNC-controlled. High machining accuracy, especially for core parts.

PEW jaw crusher has a more reasonable “V”-shaped crushing cavity and toothed guard. Through them, the actual particle size of the feed can be kept consistent with the ideal particle size, and the crushing space can be effectively expanded. In addition, the material will not accumulate in the crushing cavity, so that the crushing ratio and capacity can reach the best state, and the utilization rate of the jaw plate can be expanded.

Working Principle

The motor drives the belt and pulley to make the movable jaw move back and forth, up and down around the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw pushes the movable jaw towards the fixed jaw, the material is crushed. When the movable jaw and the movable jaw plate move backward under the action of the eccentric shaft and the spring, the previously crushed materials are discharged from the opening under the jaw plate. Due to the continuous operation of the motor, the movable jaw can be crushed or unloaded periodically, thus realizing mass production.
