PF impact crusher uses impact energy to crush materials. The rotor rotates at high speed under the drive of the motor. The material entering from the feed port impacts the blow bar on the rotor and is crushed under the high-speed impact of the blow bar. The crushed material will be thrown back to the liner and crushed again. Finally, the material is discharged from the outlet of the PF impact crusher.

Working Principle

The PF impact crusher crushes materials with impact force. When working, it is driven by a motor, and the rotor rotates at a high speed. When the material enters the working area of the hammer head, it is crushed under high-speed impact. The crushed material is then thrown onto the liner for another crushing. Finally, the qualified material is discharged from the opening. Adjusting the gap between the impact rack and the rotor rack can change the granularity and shape of the finished product.
